Why I wrote this blog – part 2

The moment you realise that you are sufficient in this world, an enormous amount of energy is released. And this energy is so powerful that it can change the whole course of your life trajectory.

Even though this is so commonly known, it is never understood fully. I kept comparing myself to others. And always felt so small !

Until I was forced to look the other way. When I decided that I can no longer continue living by myself thinking that I am lacking, I started the search and I am ending up realising this profound truth. That I am just enough for myself.

Today, I was watching a youtube channel when an inspiring thought crossed my mind. I saw a video that was about ‘’how to learn mathematical economics”. While the whole youtube is busy throwing all sorts of advertising material on how to make money on youtube, I realise that that’s not the best way to think about it.

As long as I think about the way these video makers are preaching, I will end up comparing myself to them. Instead of doing that I think the better way is to explore my own self.

I started my blog meetmrbanker.com I think that is a very good domain name I have chosen. It could be a comprehensive collection of all my learnings so far which can be helpful to others. When I write, I can imagine my reader. So, why do I need to imagine that my blog will be read by better readers? And that it won’t interest them!

I can start writing by telling my readers what brought me here – to the banking world. I enjoy customer interaction. I enjoy constant learning. I enjoy exploring the world of money. And being a banker, you hold an immense amount of respect in the eyes of the public. A banker is looked at with much respect and trusted a lot. I have many such experiences where the customers share what they won’t with even their family members.

I can rather think that I could act as a lighthouse to those who may be looking for the knowledge and experience that I have.  Once upon a time, I have suffered a lot to accomplish all that I have so far. And there are millions who may need to level up to me. I think I should be writing for them. I can serve them.

Why I am so much interested in blogging ?

My answer to this question needs a little bit of explanation. I am interested in creating a successful blog for a multitude of reasons.

Let me take you through them one by one.

  1. Blogging is on internet: today the whole world is on internet. It’s world of its own. I want to part of this world that’s ever growing with knowledge. And I want to participate in the internet economy and get benefitted by it.
  2. Blogging is about writing: Blogging needs you to churn out written content. And I love to write. I keep writing a lot of stuff. I love the language of letters and get a kick out of putting my thoughts and ideas into the forms of words and sentences.
  3. Blogging is about sharing: blogging allows you to share your ideas and opinions with the whole world. You can share something that some one some where may need. You can google anything because there are bloggers like me who are out there creating written content which could be helpful. Your reach multiplies manyfold when you write a blogpost and put it on a blog and the readers come from across the world to read it.
  4. Blogging is about business: what more you could say about a thing that allows to generate revenues. Business means you can keep doing this for the rest of your life because it pays and fills your stomach and your families too. There are many bloggers who ate out there who have carved out their own niche as bloggers on the internet. It makes enough business sense to blog.
  5. Blogging allows to personalise and customsise knowledge. You may have read a book that’s been too cryptic and you may have sought the help of a teacher or a coach to make you understand. Blogger takes a more personalised roote to reachout to you. And you would love that personalisation. Your comprehension increases manifold.
